If star kids making Bollywood debuts was to be ranked in terms of audience interest, this one would top the charts. The much-anticipated star kid is no doubt Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan. Well, the handsome is making his entry into B-town. Hold your horses, it’s not as an actor yet but as an assistant director. Karan Johar has officially brought Aryan on board for his upcoming movie, Takht. It has an ensemble cast starring Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Janhvi Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar. Aryan will be assisting the director of this magnum opus, Karan Johar.

Daddy Shah Rukh Khan has always shared how his eldest son, Aryan was more interested in filmmaking than acting. He has also expressed how he would like Aryan to assist Karan Johar someday. He had also mentioned that Aryan is studying to be a filmmaker and a writer, while Suhana wants to be an actor. SRK had emphasised that even though Aryan wants to be a filmmaker, he needs to study for another five to six years. SRK had elaborated that it was not only literal about academics but also practical training, like being assistant to Karan after he finished his filmmaking course.
And now, Aryan it seems is all set to step foot in the film industry with Takht as an assistant director to KJo, who's like family to the Khans. It will be interesting to see Aryan learning the craft, helping Karan and the crew on the set. Karan is returning to direction with this film, which is based in the Mughal era. The film is expected to go on floors in a couple of months.
