A glorious end to a decade long fanaticism, Avengers: Endgame is just the movie Marvel fans needed to rest in peace. After the open ending of Avengers: Infinity War where Thanos snapped out half of the population of the planet, the fans were left heartbroken and eager for the next instalment to hit the theatres. One year hence, Endgame is breaking records that Infinity War had set and giving every other movie a run for their money.
Becoming the biggest opener for 2019, Endgame recorded a collection of Rs. 53.10 crores on day 1 and crossed the Rs. 100 crore mark on its day 2 at the Indian box-office. Not just that, it is also the biggest Hollywood opener in India ever and has made Rs. 52.70 crores on its day 3, bringing the grand total to Rs. 157.20 crores in just the opening weekend. This is 66.70% more than the first weekend collection of Avengers: Infinity War.
Avenger: Endgame is the fourth and final instalment of the original Avengers and is a perfect ode to the superheroes and the fans. This three house ride will make you laugh, cry ad warm your hearts by the end of its runtime. A cracker of a movie, Endgame is just the film we needed for this long weekend.
