
Breaking all box-office records is the fourth and final instalment of the superhero franchise, Avengers: Endgame. The film has been winning the audience globally and performing superbly at both domestic and international markets. The film shattered the all-time nationwide opening record by collecting more than Rs 50 crore on its first day, and the film has now crossed the Rs 100 crore mark on its second day. Endgame opened to great reviews from the critics and the audience keeping its fans on the edge of their seats at the theatres.
As per the latest figures, the superhero film has raked in a total of Rs 52 crores on its day two at the Indian box-office. Avengers: Endgame’s total collection now stands at Rs 104 crore in mere two days and is expected to break further records. Internationally, the film has registered the biggest global opening ever in the history of films. After Baahubali: The Conclusion, the Avengers franchise holds the second highest opening day record with the former earning Rs 121 crore on its first day in India.

The film opened to 2,845 screens in India in various languages including Hindi, English, Tamil and Telugu. It follows the original six Avengers including Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Captain America (Chris Evans), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), the Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) and Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) who come together one final time for the fight of their lives.
