Sidharth Malhotra has completed the last schedule of Ekta Kapoor and Shaailesh R Singh's Jabariya Jodi. Directed by debutant Prashant Singh, the film is based on pakadwa vivah which is rampant in Bihar. This film also brings back the pair of Sidharth and Parineeti after Hasee Toh Phasee. Talking about collaborating with Parineeti again, he said, "I think I haven't played this kind of role earlier in my career. And for Pari also it's a different world and different role. We are really excited for the film and that's why we are celebrating with a wrap-up party of the film. The entire crew has worked really hard on this film and hopefully soon, in a month or two, we might release some content of the film."

The young star is now excited to begin work on his next film, which is Vikram Batra biopic. Produced by Karan Johar and Shabbir Boxwala, the biopic is tentatively titled Kargil's Sher Shah. The film is going to be shot extensively 70 days across Chandigarh, Palampur, Kashmir and Ladakh. As per reports, Sidharth along with the cast was training on Army drills and learnt the use of Military weapons. This exercise is to get the body language and army etiquette correct. The actor will start shooting for the film in May first week. We wish the actor all the best for his next!
