After Priyanka Chopra’s elaborate white outing and Deepika Padukone’s quirky lime green number, it is time for Cannes’ red carpet royalty, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to spread the magic this year. Arriving to the French Riviera on the 19th of May, Aishwarya started prep to take the red carpet on day 6 of the film festival. She has been one of the top Indian beauties to walk the red carpet and has wowed each time with her sartorial choices.
Continuing the streak, Aishwarya took the avatar of a modern-day mermaid in a Jean-Louis Sabaji number. A holographic outfit with intricate detailing in her make-up, Aishwarya was a flawless sight at the re carpet. The fish-scale textured golden gown was extravagant and elaborate and did not need an accessory to accentuate the look. Opting for no jewellery, nude make-up and some golden detailing on the ear, Aishwarya’s first look at the festival was a total winner.
