Arjun Kapoor, who is busy shooting for Ashutosh Gowarikar’s Panipat has turned an entrepreneur. He has invested in a home food delivery company recently. The speciality of this company is the fact that it empowers women.
Speaking about this venture, Arjun said that his aim at investing in this business is to contribute towards a larger societal purpose, that of empowering the homemakers to contribute towards their family income. He also added further that the aim is not only to boost the household income leading to a better lifestyle but to also drive gender parity for the women at home or in their neighbourhood.
He said it’s a tiny step taken by him towards bringing in parity and empowering the society at large. He shared that by joining this platform, women can convert their valuable skill set into an economic asset for themselves and their families. The food delivery platform runs on the premise of home cooks who will deliver hygienic and home cooked food to customers from their kitchens.
The CEO of the company informs that Arjun enjoyed the homemade food by our talented home chefs in Delhi and he and his team is excited to have Arjun’s support to grow this initiative to new cities.
