Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter stepped into mainstream Bollywood cinema with Dharma Productions’ Dhadak in 2018. Directed by Shashank Khaitan, the film was the Hindi remake of Marathi hit Sairat. Though the project received mixed reviews by the audience and the critics, Janhvi and Ishaan both struck a chord with the audience with their endearing yet intense performances. Ever since Janhvi, Ishaan and director Shashank have been extremely tight and keep catching up from time to time. Last night, we snapped Ishaan, Janhvi, Shashank and his wife Nalini Datta Khaitan post dinner. Janhvi looked radiant as ever in a butter coloured kurta and a white sharara with floral print on it. Ishaan, on the other hand, had his boyish charm on point in a pair of black track pants a hoodie with abstract print on it.
