The entire country is proud of how Priyanka Chopra has gone ahead and achieved so much for herself. Obviously then, a girl like PeeCee deserves nothing but the best – and she got it. Priyanka found her soulmate in Nick Jonas, who clearly adores and values her. He loves her and doesn’t find her powerful personality to be formidable. Moreover, our desi girl acknowledges that very well.
PC recently attended the Women in World Summit 2019 held in New York where she spoke about her husband not only resecting her, but her work too. She recalled an incident when she was out with her friends and had to drop several hints to cancel a meeting.
I said it twice. I said it thrice. And finally he pulled me aside and was like, “Look, I’m not stupid, I know what you’re trying to do. But I will never be the one that tells you to cancel work because I know how hard you work to be where you are. If you could have cancelled the meeting, you would have done it.
Priyanka further said that Nick took her friends out for dinner so that she could finish her meeting.
I was like, this is the first time anyone has ever done that for me, the first person who gave me credit for what I have done.
Aww! We now know why PeeCee is so smitten by Nick. He respects his woman and understands the hard work that went down behind all her success. Now that’s a rare find, isn’t it, ladies and gentlemen?!
