Celebrated actress Tabu has finally agreed to be a part of Nitin Kakkar’s upcoming family comedy, Jawaani Jaaneman, which will mark her reunion with Hum Saath Saath Hain (1999) and Biwi No 1 (1999) co-star Saif Ali Khan after twenty years. Much like her previous family comedy De De Pyaar De, she will be seen playing yet another interesting character. Co-star and producer Saif Ali Khan recently expressed his happiness about having Tabu on board, saying, "Tabu is a brilliant actor. This part is really funny on paper and I’m so pleased she has agreed to play it as now it will be hysterical. I’m really looking forward to it."
Jawaani Jaaneman also marks the debut of Pooja Bedi’s daughter Aalia Furniturewala and is set to go on floors next month with the first schedule being shot in London for 45 days. A coming-of-age film, it is a fun take on how a man confronts the harsh reality of life. We are excited to see Tabu in another comedy after Golmaal Again, what about you?
