As Salman Khan-Katrina Kaif’s Bharat gears up for an Eid release, director Ali Abbas Zafar shares some interesting details about the film. During an interview to a daily, he informed that the chemistry between Salman and Katrina will be noticed in the film, especially in a special song which will elevate the emotions. He said usually in such a Hindi film set-up, you see the boy teasing the girl, but because Katrina's character in the film is as strong as Salman's, the whole song was written from the point of view of women teasing the men.
Speaking about the song Aithey Aa from Bharat, Ali said that it will be similar to Salman Khan-Madhuri Dixit’s Didi Tera Deewana, but in reverse. He shares that Irshad Kamil has captured the flavour beautifully in his words. He compares it with a role reversal of Madhuri and Salman in Didi Tera Devar Deewana song. According to Ali, the brief was to create a peppy dance number with the entire family shaking a leg.

Bharat will have Salman Khan playing a circus artist and an armed forces officer, his character will travel through time eventually sporting an older look. Salman is seen performing stunts in a circus and also sporting a Navy Officer uniform which has left movie buffs intrigued. Besides Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, Bharat also stars Sunil Grover, Tabu, Jackie Shroff, Aasif Sheikh, Sonali Kulkarni, Disha Patani and Nora Fatehi in supporting roles. Produced jointly by Atul Agnihotri, Alvira Khan Agnihotri, Bhushan Kumar & Krishan Kumar, Bharat is scheduled to release on June 5.
