If the insiders are to be believed, old friends Anurag Kashyap and Vikas Bahl have patched up. The two had a fallout when Vikas was named in the #MeToo movement. At that point in time, Anurag Kashyap chose not to support him and called him out. The whole incidence finally led to the subsequent dissolving of their company – Phantom Films.
A source close to the filmmakers has informed Filmfare that both of them have buried their differences now. Source further suggests that Anurag even supervised the edit of Vikas’s film, Super 30.

Soon after various #MeToo allegations came up against director Vikas Bahl, film’s lead star Hrithik Roshan allegedly distanced himself from the filmmaker. It was after the dissolvent of Phantom Films when Vikas Bahl even filed Rs 10-crore defamation suit against his former Phantom Films partners. For the unversed, Vikas Bahl was accused of sexually harassing his co-worker at Phantom Films.
The now defunct Phantom Films is known for films like Queen, Gangs of Wasseypur, Udta Punjab, Udaan and Masaan amongst others.
